We start with a kick-off meeting in which we:<\/p>\n

We do not ask you to fill in questionnaires. We start from your existing documentation e.g.<\/p>\n

If there is no documentation available on some of these topics then we will gather the missing information via interviews & workshops.<\/ul>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n
Based on the existing documentation we prepare a 1st draft version of the deliverables using our proven templates, tools & checklists.<\/ul>\n
This 1st version will be very incomplete. It is used as a starting point for further refinement in the interviews and workshops.<\/ul>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n
We strongly believe in the added value of a company\/shop floor visit, to:<\/p>\n

During well-prepared interviews & workshops with C-level executives and key IT & business stakeholders we:<\/p>\n

We share draft deliverables with the interview & workshop participants, gather their feedback and iteratively update the deliverables. If needed we plan follow-up calls \/ meetings.<\/ul>\n
The deliverables contain a change log (what has been updated when, who gave which input) to ensure transparent communication.<\/ul>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n
After completion of the interviews & workshops we share the deliverables - including proposed next steps - with the management team for final review.<\/ul>\n
