5) Iteratively refine deliverables

We share draft deliverables with the interview & workshop participants, gather their feedback and iteratively update the deliverables. If needed we plan follow-up calls / meetings.

The deliverables contain a change log (what has been updated when, who gave which input) to ensure transparent communication.

6) Validation & next steps

After completion of the interviews & workshops we share the deliverables – including proposed next steps – with the management team for final review.

In a workshop with the complete executive management team, the deliverables are validated and concrete next steps are agreed.
